Thanks to everyone who raised concerns and to Northumbria Police for their speed monitoring in June.

As a next step, strip speed surveys will be installed by the end of this month. These will help the Highways team gather accurate data and decide if further action is needed. If speeding is confirmed as an issue, this info will support the creation of a traffic calming scheme.
