Flag to Flex in Widdrington & Hadston will progress if Scott's re-elected

This week I've been working on the "flag to flex" scheme. It's a scheme ran by the Council to replace old flagstone paths that have become uneven.

We've had some inspections in Widdrington and Hadston on some estates following issues raised by residents but also as part of routine checking.

I'm hoping to get some of the worst paths in both villages resurfaced and flags ripped up.

It causes a nuisance for everyone, uneven paths but particularly for those older members of our community who use walking aids.

I will build them in to the 2017/18 works and providing I get re-elected will press on to get them done.

Important to locals so I will get it sorted.
